Milan Šorm
CTO/CFO
Long-time architect of the University Information System at Mendel University, LCNA instructor and author of IT conception and development strategy at the university between 2001–2009. A former Senior Business Architect in charge of design and development of complete architecture of international business activities for a renowned vendor of security solutions. Author of architecture and core of the Technological IS for the nuclear energy solution within the ČEZ group. In his free time he likes reading, hiking and dancing.
Tomáš Majer
COO/Leading Architect
Chief Operation Officer in charge of the team and project manager of individual commissions. He is also a successful businessman who has proven his skills in numerous projects, which were completed to our customers' full satisfaction. In the past 7 years, he was the head of the information system development team. The system is now being routinely operated both in the Czech and Slovak Republics. When not at work, you can see him riding his bicycle, playing tennis or watching Formula 1 races.
Petr Dadák
CIO/Architect
Cisco Certified Network Professional, Oracle Certified Professional, LCNA instructor, architect of network, database and system solutions at Mendel University in Brno. Author of the current backbone university infrastructure and the infrastructure solution of the information system. In our company he is in charge of designing architecture and infrastructure for our customers' solutions with respect to high accessibility, scalability, robustness and security.
Aleš Kutín
Database Architect
Specialist in database technology, Oracle Certified Professional and administrator of the data storage of our solutions. He focuses mainly on data flow analysis of the implemented applications and systems with subsequent design and realization of datalayer. His professional interest lies in diagnostics, database tuning and designing Business Intelligence applications. Aleš is passionate about card games, matrimony and tarok in particular, and he dreams of designing and building a world-famous bridgeone day.
Hana Netrefová
Developer Senior
She organizes trainings of end users, runs customer support through Help Desk and manages internationalization and localization of our solutions. In order to guarantee the quality of products, she carries out output control and tests of the solutions' user-friendliness. For 15 years she represented the Czech Republic in swimming and in 1998 in Sheffield she became the European champion in swimming. Moreover, three times she qualified for the Olympic games. In her free time she lectures yoga courses and rides a bicycle.
Martin Tyllich
QA Team Leader
Martin participates in user support and training of the end users in our products. At Mendel University in Brno he began in the position of system integrator assistant and moved up to become the university integrator acquiring extensive hands-on experiencewith operation and support of the University Information System. In his free time he is a keen hiker, computer games player, and if time allows, he likes train modelling.
Martina Hrbková
QA Specialist
Martina works in the QA Department where she broadens her previous experience from studying gardening and landscaping architecture, as well as her managerial and organisational skills acquired while running a dancing school, a café and a beauty parlor, or organising balls. She spends her free time with her family and children, and performing with Přístav, a tramp-jazz-folk music band. Her pictures, lyrics and poems support the Coffeens project. From spring to autumn she rides her bike, in winter she is busy with snowboard; she loves balls, dancing and quality coffee.
Filip Malimánek
Developer Senior
Filip is member of a development team of University Information System. He studied informatics and graphic design at Masaryk University. After graduation he worked as a teacher and assistant of photography for two years. In field of information technologies he used to programme mostly in PHP, currently he is mastering his skills mainly in Perl. However, classic, alternative and digital photographs and especially their combination still belong among his biggest hobbies. In his free time he likes mountain hiking, skiing and reading fantasy literature after all.
Roman Jíra
Document and Layout Specialist
Roman’s work involves typographic design, preparation and management of text outputs from information systems. TeX has enchanted him with its elegance and simplicity of preparation of both professional and common documents. In addition to his work, he has carried out a research in applied physics, where he has attempted to make use of the features of magnetic nanostructures for generating random numbers. If he finds any free time, he likes reading, especially science fiction and fantasy literature, or playing the guitar.
Jan Šorm
Developer Senior
Honza is a member of the UIS development team. As a secondary-school student, he attended several programming and mathematical competitions where he achieved many remarkable results. Representing the Czech Republic at the Central European Secondary School Mathematical Olympiad in 2015 is one of his greatest achievements. He further extends his knowledge by studying at the Faculty of Informatics of the Brno University of Technology. In his leisure time he plays floorball and other ball games, or relaxes by reading books of adventures.
Radek Pištělák
Developer
Radek je členem vývojového týmu UIS. Už od základní školy ho bavila matematika, zájem o informatiku a programování přišel až na gymnáziu, kde využil všechny volitelné předměty na toto téma a nakonec z informatiky odmaturoval. I při výběru vysoké školy nastalo rozhodování mezi matematikou a informačními technologiemi a to skončilo rozhodnutím pro FIT VUT v Brně. Od malička se aktivně věnuje fotbalu, avšak ve volném čase sportuje i jinak, hlavně v zimě rád lyžuje. Odpočinek tráví u filmů nebo seriálů.
Tomáš Bureš

Tomáš pracuje na pozici systémový administrátor. O počítače se zajímá už od malička, ovšem zásadním rozhodnutím v tomto směru bylo studium informačních technologií na průmyslové škole. I přesto, že po střední škole zvažoval studium i v jiných oborech, zvítězilo studium na VUT FIT jež bylo logickým navázáním na střední školu. Ve volném čase rád chodí na túry, trénuje box, běhá, hraje hry, sleduje filmy či seriály a studuje cokoliv, co ho zrovna zaujalo.
Alena Paríšková
Account Junior
Alena se zabývá zpracováváním dokumentace v rámci účetnictví firmy. Ve volném čase se věnuje výrobě různých tinkur a odvarů z léčivých bylin, které si pěstuje nebo sbírá při dlouhých procházkách okolní přírodou. Také ráda vaří a peče cukroví.
Eva Vencovská
QA Specialist
Eva pracuje na oddělení QA, a tím si splnila sen vrátit se k informačním technologiím po letech strávených v logistice a péči o zákazníky. Svůj zájem o informatiku a programování objevila při mateřské dovolené, kdy dva roky vytvářela webové stránky. I když ji pak vítr zavál do jiného oboru, rozhodla se prohloubit své znalosti v IT na Fakultě aplikované informatiky UTB ve Zlíně, a skloubit tak zaměstnání se studiem. Volný čas tráví s rodinou a přáteli. Miluje cestování, procházky přírodou a od jara do podzimu jezdí na kole. Když vyšetří volnou chvilku, ráda zajde do divadla či na koncert.
Jan Šuleř

Honza je členem vývojového týmu UIS. Vystudoval gymnázium v Ostravě, kde se rozhodoval mezi následným studiem historie, nebo informatiky. Nakonec vyhrály počítače, a volba padla na Fakultu informatiky Masarykovy univerzity. Mezi jeho oblíbené sporty se řadí basketbal, florbal, cyklistika, turistika a stolní fotbálek. Rád si také odpočine u počítačových her. Historie zůstala jako koníček a přidala se k ní také kosmonautika.
David Svatý
Developer Junior
David je členem vývojového týmu UIS. Programovat začal na střední škole, kde z informatiky maturoval. Jeho záliba v počítačích a informačních technologií ho vedla ke studiu na FI VUT v Brně a následně na softwarové inženýrství na FI brněnské Masarykovy univerzity. Mezi jeho koníčky patří posilovna, filmy a videohry.
Michal Mikulec
Developer
Michal je členem vývojového týmu UIS. Vztah k počítačům má už odmala a propadl jim ve chvíli, kdy táta koupil domů první herní počítač. S programováním začal na střední škole, a rychle se stalo součástí jeho každodenního života. Od dětství hraje aktivně squash, má závodní i trenérské zkušenosti. Mezi jeho další koníčky patří fotografování, magie, filmy, seriály, hraní her. Rád cestuje, sportuje, zajímá se o 3D tisk, virtuální realitu a také sleduje nejrůznější nové technologie.
Tomáš Skolek
Developer Junior
Tomáš je členem vývojového týmu UIS. Už odmala ho zajímaly počítače. K programování se poprvé dostal na gymnáziu prostřednictvím robotického kroužku. Jako vysokou školu si vybral FIT VUT v Brně, kde mohl v této zálibě pokračovat a prohlubovat znalosti. Ve volném čase si jde rád zaběhat, zahrát tenis, baví ho sledování různých seriálů.
Michaela Šormová
Developer Junior
Míša je členem vývojového týmu UIS. Už od základní školy se úspěšně účastnila matematických a chemických vědomostních soutěží. V průběhu studia na gymnáziu se nadále intenzivně věnovala chemii, ale našla zalíbení i v programování. Při volbě vysoké školy nakonec dala přednost chemii a vystudovala Fakultu chemickou VUT v Brně. Ačkoli se věnovala výzkumné činnosti, stejně si nakonec našla cestu zpět k programování. Největší odpočinek jí přináší pobyt v přírodě, ideálně na horách. Také si ráda zajde na operu do Janáčkova divadla.
Karel Matoušek

Karel je členem vývojového týmu UIS. Na vysoké škole studoval humanitní obor, ve kterém pak řadu let působil. Už v době studií se začal více zajímat o IT a postupně se dostal k základům programování. Mezi jeho záliby patří příroda, hudba a stolní fotbálek.
Hana Grycová
Personal Assistant
Hanka pracuje jako Personal Assistant. Svůj volný čas tráví s rodinou, má ráda přírodu, turistiku, trocha sportu také neuškodí. Miluje, když jsou lidé kolem ní veselí a pohodoví. Proti bručounům je za svoji dlouholetou předchozí praxi v sociálních službách odolná.
Jana Svobodová
QA Specialist
Jana pracuje na oddělení QA. Po studiích na Masarykově univerzitě pracovala v obchodní sféře, kde ji celých sedm let doprovázel systém SAP a díky němu se postupnými kroky dostala do IT jako tester. Svoji kariéru dále nasměrovala právě do QA týmu, kde nadále rozšiřuje svoje znalosti. Ve volném čase se věnuje turistice, lyžování, cestování, ale i fotografování, díky kterému nezapomene zdokumentovat své zážitky z cest.
